Siftr

I just discovered a great new app called SIFTR, which allows you to crowdsource place-based research projects. You can customize what you ask participants to do, like chose a category, input text, location, images, etc.

It’s quite easy to use, and the free version should suffice for most uses. I hope to be able to use it for some of the place-based projects I’m working on (e.g. my book and the college leader interview project about the power of place).
